Mouth watering Farmhouse Pate served with a side salad garnish and presented with fingers of hot toast.

Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Salad.
Slices of Beef Tomatoes overlapped with fresh mozzarella with an olive oil and basil dressing (Suitable for vegetarians).

Chilled Melon Fan.
Fan of Chilled Honeydew Melon served in a sweet Fruit Coulis (Suitable for vegetarians).

Lean British Sausages served with creamy mashed potatoes presented in a rich red wine and onion gravy.

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne served with Homemade Garlic Bread (Suitable for vegetarians).

Fresh Chicken Breast, Pan seared, roasted with garlic and presented in a cream sauce flavoured with Wild Mushrooms.
